So according to my sources (and they are good sources), every single one of Luttig's clerks for the last 10 years has gone on to clerk on the Supreme Court. You might notice that currently there are only 2 Luttigators clerking for next year. Therefore, I have a 2 part question: 1)what do you think the odds that this lone remaining Luttigator will clerk for Alito and 2)what punishment will Luttig give this unnamed Luttigator if he ends his streak?

Although I hate starting rumors, I hear that Ted Kennedy will be Alito's file clerk--locked in the basement so Mrs. Alito never has to see him again. He is already his whipping boy as evidenced by the confirmation hearings.

My guess is that the lone remaining Lutig clerk clerk has about a 97% chance of ending up w/ Alito. If somehow that doesn't happen I would imagine that J. Michael will probably force the disgraced clerk to:
1. Sew a red "L" on his suit jacket
2. Attend the Democratic National Convention, &
3. Watch the Gilmore Girls
